The training of the recommendation reason generation model is performed by combining the question-and-answer data and content information of the plurality of objects, and the commodity in which a user is most interested is mined by means of the question-and-answer data; and therefore, the recommendation reason generated by using the present solution can accurately locate a demand of the user, thereby improving the experience of the user.
