An uninterruptible power supply cabinet, comprising a main cabinet (1) and at least one of a first side cabinet (2) and a second side cabinet (3). The first side cabinet (2) is enclosed by a first front side plate (22), a first rear side plate, a first left side plate, a first bottom plate, and a first top plate (21) and can connect to the main cabinet (1) from the left side of the main cabinet (1) to enclose together with the main cabinet (1) to form a heat-dissipating space. The second side cabinet (3) is enclosed by a second front side plate (32), a second rear side plate, a second right side plate (33), a second bottom plate, and a second top plate (31) and can connect to the main cabinet (1) from the right side of the main cabinet (1) to enclose together with the main cabinet (1) to form a heat-dissipating space. When the cabinet merely comprises the first side cabinet (2), the main cabinet (1) further comprises a main cabinet right side plate; and when the cabinet merely comprises the second side cabinet (3), the main cabinet (1) further comprises a main cabinet left side plate. At least one exhaust port is formed on the first top plate (21) and the second top plate (31) respectively. The cabinet implements front in top out of air in the cabinet. The present invention also relates to an uninterruptible power supply comprising the uninterruptible power supply cabinet.
