Disclosed are a simulation apparatus and method for a patient-specific vascular stent procedure and a recording medium, which can predict stent information such as an appropriate stent installation position, stent length, and the number of stents on the basis of the patient's blood vessel image data and daily situation simulation data. The patient-specific blood vessel stent procedure simulation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a data collection unit configured to collect patient's blood vessel image data, the patient's blood vessel elasticity, the patient's daily living environment simulation data, and stent procedure related data including information on physical properties of the stent; and a stent simulation unit configured to determine, on the basis of the stent procedure related data, stent information including the number of stents, the stent installation position and the stent length so that the external force applied to the stent is less than an allowable reference external force according to the daily living environment simulation data.
