Disclosed is a method for reading bone age by using a neural network, performed by a computing apparatus, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving an analytic image that is a target for reading bone age; and reading the bone age by inputting the analytic image into a bone age analysis model including one or more neural networks, wherein the bone age analysis model includes at least one attention module for analyzing a main region of the analytic image in a focused manner, and performs supervised learning on the basis of an attention guide label.
