The present invention relates to a blister contents accommodation device capable of sensing the discharge of contents, a drug administration management system including same, and a method for determining whether contents are discharged. The contents accommodation device according to the present invention comprises: a blister loading part in which blisters having contents packaged therein are to be loaded; a container body accommodating the blister loading part thereon, and having, at the lower portion thereof, a space for accommodating the contents that are extruded and fall from the blister; and a passing part for discharging, to the outside, the contents having been moved from the container body, wherein the passing part includes a passage part that is a movement passage for the contents and a sensing part for sensing the movement of the contents, an opening is formed at one end of the passage part, and the contents flow into the passage part from the container body, and then are discharged to the outside through the opening at one end of the passage part.
