To provide a matrix for microchannel fabrication capable of producing easily a large quantity of transcripts each having a highly hydrophilic region; and to provide the transcript, and a manufacturing method of the matrix for microchannel fabrication.SOLUTION: A matrix 1 for microchannel fabrication includes a substrate 10, a main rugged part 11 provided on the surface of the substrate 10, and extending in a surface direction of the substrate 10, and a fine uneven part 14 provided on the surface of the main rugged part 11, and having a narrower pitch in comparison with the main rugged part 11, in which the fine uneven part 14 has an arithmetic average roughness of 10 nm-150 nm and a specific surface area ratio of 1.1-3.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
