To determine the necessity of immediate repair with the suppression of operation cost while complying with an SLA, in the event of a failure in a communication device and a communication service occurring at a night time.SOLUTION: A maintenance task management device 11 includes a measure determination unit 23 and a measure control unit 31 which determine whether to cope with a fault on the occurrence of both of a device fault, which is the fault of communication devices 46a, 46b at a night time, and a service fault which is a trouble in a communication service to a user due to the fault of the communication devices 46a, 46b, or only the occurrence of the device fault. On detection of duplicated faults of both device and service faults, the measure determination unit 23 determines whether or not the communication service interruption due to the duplicated faults violates the SLA i.e. a service level agreement with the user. When the above SLA violation is determined, the measure control unit 31 controls to send to an operator terminal 42 an immediate measure notification requesting an immediate fault repair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
