Is a composition and method of use for enhanced gene editing.The composition contains a cell permeable antibody and a donor oligonucleotide that contains an array capable of modifying mutations in the genome of the cell.Preferably, the composition does not contain either nuclease or PNA or nanoparticles.The composition of the cell is modified by contacting the cell with the effective amount of composition.When cells are contacted with cell permeable antibodies and donor oligonucleotides, genomic alterations occur in both ex vivo and in vivo frequencies compared to those without cellular permeable antibodies.
