The present invention relates to a variable compression sleeve to which an automatic motor control system is applied and a control method of the variable compression sleeve, and more particularly, to an endothelium that is worn on the body and has elasticity; a pressure sensor provided on one side of the endothelium to measure pressure in real time; an outer shell configured to surround the endothelium so that one end surface and the other end surface are spaced apart from each other at a specific distance; at least one wire connecting the one end surface and the other end surface; a wire driving unit for controlling the pressing force by driving the wire to vary a distance between the one end surface and the other end surface; and a control unit controlling the wire driving unit to maintain and apply a pressing force set based on the pressure value measured by the pressure sensor.
