The present invention relates to a micro-droplet-based microfluidic chip for synthesizing gold nanoparticles. In the microfluidic chip, an oily material, a HAuCl 4 solution, and a mixed solution of CTAB and NaBH 4 flow through a separate flow path, and the junction region of the flow path was designed to mix with each other to form micro-droplets in which gold nanoparticles were included to form micro-droplets. Using the micro-droplet-based microfluidic chip of the present invention, gold nanoparticles of uniform size can be synthesized by a simple method, and gold nanoparticles can be repeatedly synthesized with high reproducibility compared to the conventional method. When gold nanoparticles synthesized using the microfluidic chip of the present invention are used, HRP can be detected with high performance compared to gold nanoparticles synthesized by the conventional method. In addition, the microfluidic chip of the present invention can be widely used for research such as the diagnosis and detection of diseases as well as the synthesis of various nanoparticles.
