The solar battery panel comprises a solar wafer (10) and a PCB (20), wherein the PCB (20) is provided with a printed circuit, two connecting holes are formed in the PCB (20), the solar wafer is packaged on one side of the PCB (20), both the control chip (21) and the controller (22) are packaged on the other side of the PCB (20), at least one battery holder (23) is packaged on one side of the PCB (20) corresponding to the packaged control chip (21), and at least one light emitter (24) is provided on the PCB (20). The solar battery panel, the light emitter (24), the battery holder (23), a storage battery (25), the controller (22) and the control chip (21) are integrated on one PCB (20), and the printed circuit on the PCB (20) is connected to enable good contact to be maintained between electronic devices.
