A three-dimensional position calibration method and apparatus for a continuous crystal gamma detector, and a device. The method comprises: acquiring a detector output signal of each gamma event under a non-collimated source illumination condition, and recording the corresponding non-collimated source illumination condition (S110); determining a real three-dimensional acting position distribution of the gamma event in a detector on the basis of the non-collimated source illumination condition (S120); performing initial partitioning on all gamma events according to the detector output signal of each gamma event (S130); determining, according to partitioning results of all the gamma events, an initial detector output response corresponding to the gamma event of each partition (S140); constructing, according to the current detector output response and the three-dimensional acting position distribution of the gamma event in the detector, a cost function used for optimizing the detector output response (S150); and performing iterative optimization to solve the minimum value of the cost function, updating the detector output response of each three-dimensional position partition, and completing three-dimensional position calibration of the detector (S160). The method simplifies the process of three-dimensional position calibration and improves the accuracy of the position calibration.
