Disclosed is a current-based method for controlling the opening frequency of a hydrogen discharging valve and a water drain valve. For the opening period of the hydrogen discharging valve, the opening period is different in different current ranges, and for the opening time of the hydrogen discharging valve, the opening time is different in the different current ranges.
