An ultrasound-guided drug-loaded microbubble delivery method and apparatus, and an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: step 110, sending a first ultrasound wave signal by using an array transducer, so as to destroy a drug-loaded microbubble in the current destruction area; step 120, sending a second ultrasound wave signal by using the array transducer, so as to acquire an ultrasound image; step 130, identifying a blood vessel contour of the destruction area according to the ultrasound image; and step 140, updating feature parameters of the destruction area according to the blood vessel contour. In the method, since a destruction area is updated in real time according to a blood vessel contour, the precision of destroying a drug-loaded microbubble is improved, such that the delivery effect of the drug-loaded microbubble is better; and by continuously updating the parameters of the destruction area, the destruction area is always kept within a blood vessel, thereby preventing unnecessary tissue damage caused by transmitting an ultrasound wave signal to tissue around the blood vessel, and also shortening the delivery time of the drug-loaded microbubble.
