The present invention provides a low-cost spray pressure and flow rate integrated intelligent measurement apparatus and method. The low-cost spray pressure and flow rate integrated intelligent measurement apparatus consists of a pressure and flow rate integrated intelligent measurement apparatus (33), a control unit (26), and a calibration system; the pressure and flow rate integrated intelligent measurement apparatus (33) is an apparatus that integrates a pressure measurement unit (18) and a flow rate measurement unit (19), and is used for measuring pressure and a flow rate; the control unit (26) is separately connected to the pressure and flow rate integrated intelligent measurement apparatus (33) and the calibration system; and the calibration system is used for simulating a working condition of the pressure and flow rate integrated intelligent measurement apparatus (33) when the apparatus works in a field. The present invention solves the problems that the spray rod pipeline of a spray machine is complex in structure, complex in wiring, inconvenient to mount and the like caused due to the independent mounting of the measurement units in traditional spraying agent pressure and flow rate measurement modes, and lays a foundation for the real-time measurement and control of the flow rate and pressure of a spray machine.
