A business indicator evaluation method and apparatus based on artificial intelligence, and a device and a medium, which relate to the technical field of artificial intelligence and data processing. The method comprises: acquiring and determining a forward indicator and a reverse indicator in a system to be evaluated; calculating weights of the forward indicator and the reverse indicator by using an entropy method; calculating scores of the forward indicator and the reverse indicator on the basis of a P-IBI algorithm; calculating the weighted sum of the scores of the forward indicator and the reverse indicator; and performing standardization processing on the weighted sum to obtain a score of the system to be evaluated. The score of the system to be evaluated may be stored in a blockchain. According to the method, overall evaluation is performed by means of combining a weight that is determined by means of the entropy method and a score that is determined by means of the P-IBI algorithm, and the defect of indicator weights not being taken into consideration in the P-IBI algorithm is eliminated, such that an evaluation result is more in line with objective facts; moreover, the defect of poor readability of a score obtained by means of the P-IBI algorithm is overcome, and the automatic evaluation of business indicators is realized.
