The present invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments. Provided are a laparoscope bacteria-isolation locking connector and a laparoscopic surgery robot. The laparoscope bacteria-isolation locking connector comprises: a laparoscope connector apparatus fixedly mounted into a mounting hole of a sliding table; a laparoscope locking knob, a lower end hole of the laparoscope locking knob being suitable for being connected to the end portion of the laparoscope connector apparatus; a laparoscope connector upper cover adapted and connected to an upper end hole of the laparoscope locking knob; and a laparoscope locking apparatus mounted between the laparoscope connector apparatus and the laparoscope connector upper cover, located in a middle hole of the laparoscope locking knob, and used for implementing locking and opening of a laparoscope. According to the present invention, the sterile laparoscope is fixed to the sliding table on an operation arm by means of the bacteria-isolation locking connector, so that the laparoscope is always in a sterile state when moving following the operation arm of the robot.
