Disclosed are a global mobile voucher platform and a method for presenting a mobile voucher between countries on the basis of a global mobile voucher platform, and a global mobile voucher platform according to one embodiment of the present application comprises: a main server for providing a mobile voucher service including mobile voucher management and mobile voucher issuance for a user terminal; and a brand server for providing a brand-linked service including mobile voucher payment and reward payment for the user terminal of a brand customer, wherein the main server and the brand server can be separately provided for each of the plurality of countries to provide the mobile voucher service and the brand-linked service for each of the plurality of countries associated with the global mobile voucher platform.
