The mounting structure 100 in which the shunt resistor 10 having: the flat resistor body 11; the first electrode block 12 stacked on the lower surface 11a of the resistance body 11; and the second electrode block 13 stacked on the upper surface 11b of the resistance body 11, mounted on a wiring is provided with: the first wiring pattern 43 to which the first electrode block 12 is connected; and the second wiring pattern 44 to which the second electrode block 13 is connected, the second electrode block 13 having the first opposing part 15 extending to meet the first wiring pattern 43 between a part connected to the top surface 11b of the resistor body 11 and faces a part connected to the second wiring pattern 44 .
