Disclosed are a workflow-based automatic predictive modeling method and an apparatus therefor. An automatic predictive modeling method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an input step of acquiring initial input data for source data and predictive work information; a data analysis step of generating at least one node based on the initial input data, constructing a prediction workflow based on the generated at least one node, and converting it into workflow output data; and outputting the converted workflow output data to perform automatic predictive modeling.
