METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING TECHNICAL ERRORS OF AN ATHLETE AND A SYSTEM FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

FIELD: computer technology. ;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology for detecting technical errors of an athlete. The method for automatic detection of technical errors of an athlete consists of the following stages: the athlete’s movements are filmed and recorded; the captured video stream is transmitted to the video processing server; at the first stage of the video stream analysis, the position of the athlete’s body in space is determined, the relative position of the athlete’s body parts in space is determined, including the angles of rotation in the joints; and the coordinates of all parts of the athlete’s body and the angles of rotation in the joints with the necessary accuracy for this type of physical activity and the athlete's level are obtained; at the second stage, the data obtained for the correctness of the execution of technical actions and/or static posture are analyzed; voice prompts to the athlete and/or display explanations on the screen in case of an error in the technique of performing technical actions are generated; a report on technical errors of the athlete with recommendations for their correction is generated. ;EFFECT: increase in the speed and accuracy of identifying technical errors of the athlete. ;16 cl
