PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prestressed concrete pole which can suppress deterioration due to corrosion and can be manufactured even if the specifications require strength, a manufacturing method thereof, and a fixing device for manufacturing the prestressed concrete pole. SOLUTION: A prestressed concrete pole 1 is a tension composed of a long concrete molded body 2 and a reinforcing fiber composite material cable arranged inside the concrete molded body 2 and formed by twisting a bundle of a plurality of reinforcing fibers.
