PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cap body ventilation device and a cap body with a ventilation device which are easy for a user to use in order to obtain a cool feeling. When a hat C or a helmet H to which the cap body ventilation device 100 is attached is worn, air taken into the bag-shaped body 10 by a fan 40 is sent out into the cap body 1 and a user's head. Since the air flow can be generated on the surface of the cap body 1, the stuffiness can be eliminated as if the air in the cap body 1 is replaced, and the user can get a cool feeling.
