PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a program, and a system capable of creating and configuring at least one of a motivational campaign and a gameized task list on behalf of an administrator. A computer obtains and outputs inputs related to historical information, deadlines, and user-related information, or inputs related to past tasks, current tasks, and user metadata. A computer implementation method that includes performing calculations on the inputs to generate, and generating campaign timing and team composition, or task lists and point values based on the output.
