PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of substantially matching the light emission timings of a plurality of light emitters in a remotely controllable light emitter. A light emitter 2, a control unit 8 that controls light emission of the light emitter, a storage unit 8a that stores an identification ID assigned to the light emitter 10, a designated ID that identifies the light emitter 10, and a light emitter. A light emitting mode code indicating a light emitting mode of 2 and a receiving unit 4 for receiving a light emitting control signal including an instruction regarding whether or not to store the light emitting mode code are provided, and the control unit 8 outputs a light emitting control signal. When the designated ID and the identification ID match when received, and when it is instructed to store the light emitting mode code, the light emitting mode code is stored in the storage unit 8a, and when it is not instructed to store the light emitting mode. Causes the light emitter 2 to emit light according to the light emission mode code stored in the storage unit 8a. [Selection diagram] Fig. 3
