PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting program, a setting method and a CE router for automatically setting an interface of an IPv6 router regardless of a network environment. SOLUTION: The method is an inquiry step in which an ISP router or a DHCPv6 server is inquired about prefix or IP address distribution and a DHCPv6-PD server is inquired about prefix delegation, and an IP address or prefix is distributed from the ISP router or DHCPv6 server. In addition, the first interface setting step executed when the prefix is delegated from the DHCPv6-PD server, the second interface setting step executed when the prefix is not delegated from the DHCPv6-PD server, and the ISP router.
