METHOD FOR DEWATERING OF SLUDGE FED FROM DYNAMIC FEEDING CHANNEL, AND PLATE-AND-FRAME (BOX-TYPE) DEWATERING MACHINE

A method for dewatering of sludge fed from a dynamic feeding channel of a dewatering machine, and a dewatering machine. The method comprises: forming a dynamic feeding channel by means of elastic feeding inlets (1) and filtering cloths (2); pumping, by a feed pump, sludge into the dynamic feeding channel, and stopping feeding when the pressure in the dynamic feeding channel reaches a certain value; pushing filtering plates (3) on both sides of the dynamic feeding channel by a main oil cylinder to squeeze the sludge in the dynamic feeding channel as filter cakes (6); and opening the filtering plates (3), and pulling the filtering cloths (2) by means of a filtering cloth traction device connected to the filtering cloths (2), so as to enable the filter cakes (6) to fall off from the filtering cloths (2). According to the method, a superhigh-pressure secondary pressing technology of a variable filter chamber can be achieved, and automatic fall-off of sludge on the filtering cloths (2) can also be achieved; moreover, because the water content of sludge is greatly reduced, beneficial conditions are provided for subsequent sludge treatment, the investment and operation costs in subsequent sludge treatment are greatly saved, and great social benefits are brought.
