NON-LINEAR CORRECTION METHOD FOR LIFTING SPURIOUS-FREE DYNAMIC RANGE OF ANALOG-TO-DIGITAL CONVERTER

A non-linear correction method and device for lifting the spurious-free dynamic range of an analog-to-digital converter. The device comprises a training signal generation module, a network parameter detection and extraction unit, an analog-to-digital converter, and a non-linear correction processing unit. In the present invention, the network parameter detection and extraction unit and the non-linear correction processing unit are provided to achieve non-linear correction of the analog-to-digital converter, thereby effectively suppressing non-linear distortions, such as harmonics, intermodulation, and high-order correlation spurious, of the analog-to-digital converter; meanwhile, non-linear distortions and spurious caused by DNL, INL, and other quantization are greatly suppressed, thereby obviously increasing the spurious-free dynamic range of the analog-to-digital converter.
