A teflon spray-coated wet mixing granulator comprises a vessel (1) provided with a granulation blade. A feed delivery port (11) and a feeding port (12) are provided on the vessel (1). The granulation blade comprises a drive motor (23), a shaft coupling (22), and a blade member (21). The shaft coupling (22) is connected to the vessel (1) via a connection base (25). A rotating shaft sealing cap (24) is provided between the connection base (25) and the shaft coupling (22). A closing cover (26) is fitted over the shaft coupling (22). The connection base (25) is fitted over the closing cover (26) and is fixedly connected to the closing cover (26). The closing cover (26), the connection base (25), and the rotating shaft sealing cap (24) are assembled to form a sealed cavity. An air inlet channel (251) and an air outlet channel (252) are provided on the connection base (25) and/or the closing cover (26). A positioning frame (5) is provided at a side of the vessel (1) of the feed delivery port (11). A drive pneumatic cylinder (6) is provided on the positioning frame (5). An output shaft (61) of the drive pneumatic cylinder (6) is connected to a blocking plate (62). Multiple purge nozzles (8) are provided on the positioning frame (5). A filter cylinder (3) is further provided on the feeding port (12).
