A body temperature measurement method of a mobile terminal device, and a mobile terminal device and a medium. The mobile terminal device comprises a temperature measurement unit and an imaging unit. The method comprises: setting a reference coordinate system, wherein the reference coordinate system comprises an X axis and a Y axis (S1); setting coordinates of a temperature measurement unit in the reference coordinate system as first coordinates, wherein the temperature measurement unit is used for measuring the temperature of a human face in real time in a first direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to a plane where the X axis and the Y axis are located (S2); acquiring an image of the human face in real time in the first direction by using an imaging unit (S3); determining the coordinates of the image of a temperature measurement point of the human face in the reference coordinate system to be second coordinates (S4); determining whether the second coordinates are overlapped or basically overlapped with the first coordinates, and determining whether the distance between a mobile terminal device and the temperature measurement point in the first direction is within a preset range (S5); and if so, outputting a temperature signal detected by the temperature measurement unit (S6). Convenient, quick and accurate body temperature measurement is thus implemented on a mobile terminal device.
