The present invention belongs to the technical field of charging devices, and specifically provides a smart charging cabinet and a charging station. The present invention aims to solve the problem in the prior art of a charging device requiring a long time to charge a lithium battery. For this purpose, the smart charging cabinet of the present invention comprises a cabinet body, and a current conversion module and an output control module which are provided in the cabinet body; the output control module comprises a first processor, an information acquisition assembly and a power output adjustment assembly; an external power supply is electrically connected to the current conversion module and uses the output control module to be electrically connected to a battery to be charged; the first processor is in communication connection with the power output adjustment assembly; and one end of the information acquisition assembly is connected to the first processor, and the other end thereof is connected to the battery to be charged. The smart charging cabinet can dynamically adjust input charging power according to the charging state of the battery to be charged. In this way, the charging time of the battery to be charged is effectively shortened, and the utilization rate of the battery to be charged is improved.
