A three-dimensional imaging method and system for earth surface comprehensive geophysical prospecting. The method comprises the following steps: collecting detection data of multiple two-dimensional profiles of a ground surface detection site (1); performing geophysical inversion on the detection data to form two-dimensional profile resistivity data (2); performing three-dimensional coordinate conversion on the two-dimensional profile resistivity data to obtain resistivity data of a three-dimensional coordinate system (3); and converting the resistivity data of the three-dimensional coordinate system into a three-dimensional model by using a Kriging interpolation method (4).
