According to the present invention, a determination section determines whether a first character string inputted through an operation of an input device has a predetermined attribute. A front-part character string prediction section predicts a second character string to be added immediately before the first character string determined to have the predetermined attribute by the determination section. An addition unit adds the second character string immediately before the first character string upon selection of the second character string predicted by the front-part character string prediction unit.
