A disclosed device for reducing pollutants in indoor air, ambient air, or exhaust gas by using nonthermal plasma comprises: a chamber which is a tubular body in which gas to be treated, composed of indoor air, ambient air, or exhaust gas including pollutants, flows, and to which a ground power source is connected; a power supply device arranged outside the chamber to continuously apply a voltage of a magnitude set as direct current or alternating current; an emitter, which is a hollow tubular body having, on the outer surface thereof, a plurality of cusps for generating plasma, is arranged inside the chamber to extend in the direction parallel to the flow of the gas to be treated, and is electrically connected to the power supply device to generate the nonthermal plasma; a rod which electrically connects the emitter to the power supply device and which supports the emitter to be arranged at the center inside the chamber; and an insulator, which electrically insulates the rod from the chamber to prevent arcing from occurring between the rod and the chamber.
