The present invention relates to an intramedullary nail fixing support having a fractured bone rotation and separation prevention function, the fixing support fixing a fracture area by inserting, into a medullary cavity, a nail having robust fixing strength while the fixing support is contracted, if the fixing support made of a shape memory alloy is fitted into a room temperature intramedullary nail and positioned at a location desired by a user, and then heat is applied to the fixing support. The present invention is characterized in that a fixing support (100) is fitted into and fixed at a desired location for an intramedullary nail (3) in order to prevent the rotation of the intramedullary nail and reinforce the strength of the fracture area, wherein the fixing support (100) is made of a shape memory alloy, has an empty pipe shape and has a plurality of straight protrusions or spiral protrusions and grooves formed at equal intervals on the outer side thereof.
