Problem to be solved: to provide a technique in which the introduction cost is inexpensive and the blood vessel endothelial function can be stably and accurately evaluated regardless of the degree of the operator's training.Vascular endothelial function is evaluated using a pressure belt equipped with a gas bag similar to a cuff for blood pressure measurement.As a pretreatment, the maximum pulse wave pressure which is the pressure of the air in the gas bag when the pulse wave amplitude becomes maximum while the clamping force of the arm by the pressure belt is changed, and the pulse wave amplitude is recorded at that time.Then, a blood stream is generated in the arm to release blood.Then, as a post-treatment, the pulse wave amplitude is measured while keeping the pressure of the air in the gas bag at the maximum pulse wave pressure, and the pulse wave amplitude is recorded at the maximum.
