The present invention relates to a system for evaluating the ratio of fast muscle to slow muscle based on the evoked potential EMG value, and more particularly, the biomarker value is calculated based on the ratio between the evoked potential EMG and the subject's skeletal muscle index. Using the biomarker value, it is possible to non-invasively evaluate the ratio of fast muscle to slow muscle more accurately.
