Provided are a central control system for a multimedia exhibition hall, and a control method and apparatus for same. The system comprises a control end (10), a serving end (20), and at least one multimedia presentation end (30). In response to an operation instruction input by a user, the system generates a presentation adjustment request in the control end (10) and sends the presentation adjustment request to the serving end (20), and the serving end (20) respectively determines, according to the presentation adjustment request, adjusted presentation configuration information corresponding to each multimedia presentation end (30), and distributes the adjusted presentation configuration information to each multimedia presentation end (30) in one-to-one correspondence, such that each multimedia presentation end (30) is controlled to execute a corresponding presentation operation according to the adjusted presentation configuration information corresponding thereto. By means of the system, a plurality of multimedia presentation ends (30) are managed in a unified manner, and if a user needs to adjust the presentation operations of the multimedia presentation ends (30), the user only needs to log in to the control end (10) for operation, without needing to adjust the multimedia presentation ends (30) one by one, thereby realizing central control over a multimedia exhibition hall.
