An application of ITPP in preparation of drugs for preventing and/or treating hypoxic-ischemic injury and lung injury. The prevention or treatment effect of ITPP on hypoxic-ischemic injury and lung injury is explored by constructing a mouse hypoxic-ischemic model and a rat lung injury model. Experiments prove that ITPP can significantly prolong the survival time of large-dose isoprenaline-induced hypoxic-ischemic mice in a closed container, can significantly increase the lung function, lung coefficients, wet-to-dry ratio of the right lung, arterial oxygen content, serum inflammatory factors, and pathological changes in lung tissues of LPS-induced lung injury model rats, and has a significant improvement on lung injury tissues.
