Disclosed are an agent for in-situ remediation of a contaminated site and a construction method for same, wherein the agent for in-situ remediation of a contaminated site comprises an oxidant and a curing agent, and the construction method for the in-situ remediation of a contaminated site comprises uniformly mixing, in situ, the agent for in-situ remediation of a contaminated site with contaminated soil or an aquifer, and carrying out in-situ remediation on the contaminated site by means of coupled in-situ chemical oxidation and in-situ curing processes. By means of coupling the in-situ chemical oxidation process with the in-situ curing process and by using the curing agent as an activating agent for the oxidant, the amount of the agent used is reduced, the concentration of sulfate in a remediation region after oxidation is reduced, curing and encapsulation of organic contaminants absorbed into soil or aquifer particles is realized, and organic substances treated by means of in-situ chemical oxidation are prevented from rebounding; in addition, the oxidant used is conducive to a curing reaction and can reduce the addition of the curing agent.
