Disclosed are a variable-channel corner self-bending extrusion die, and a design, manufacturing and extrusion method thereof, relating to the technical field of dies. The method comprises the following steps: designing a symmetric streamlined extrusion die based on a sine function; enabling the central axis of a die cavity (11) of the symmetric streamlined extrusion die to be distorted and deformed on a certain plane; establishing a wall surface equation of the die cavity (11) of the variable-channel corner self-bending extrusion die; additionally arranging a working belt structure (12) behind the die cavity (11) of the variable-channel corner self-bending extrusion die; and after metal flows through the variable-channel corner self-bending extrusion die, controlling the extrusion speed to be linearly distributed, such that a bent part is directly extruded. Therefore, a sectional material is not subjected to transverse torque, such that section deformation of an outer side face of the sectional material is reduced or completely eradicated; flowing of the metal in the extrusion process is smoother than that of a traditional stepped extrusion die, and the extrusion load is reduced; and the technical problems of springback, wrinkling and section deformation in the bending process of a sectional material in the prior art are relieved, and the technical problem of reducing a load during extrusion is relieved.
