PREPARATION METHOD FOR ZIRCONIA CERAMIC ULTRAFILTRATION MEMBRANE

A preparation method for a zirconia ceramic ultrafiltration membrane. In the method, a sol-gel process is organically combined with hydrothermal processing of a microemulsion medium. A sol formed by means of the sol-gel process serves as a precursor; the microemulsion medium is hydrothermally processed at 120-150 ℃ to produce a zirconia nanosolution; the nanosolution is directly formed into a membrane coating solution, and the zirconia ceramic ultrafiltration membrane is then produced.
