The application provides a super-hydrophobic anti-pollution flashover coating having hydrophobic migration properties, said coating being prepared from the following raw materials: organic silicone resin, an organic solvent, silicon oxide, a flame retardant, a cross-linking agent, a coupling agent, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, and an organic silicone resin curing agent. The application further provides a preparation method for the super-hydrophobic anti-pollution flashover coating having hydrophobic migration properties. The present anti-pollution flashover coating has both super-hydrophobicity and hydrophobic migration properties, improving the hydrophobicity of the surface of the anti-pollution flashover coating layer, ensuring the long-term effectiveness of said coating layer, and lengthening the service life thereof. The invention solves the problem of low hydrophobicity and frequent build-up of pollutants on the surface of existing anti-pollution flashover coatings, and thereby reduces the probability of pollution flashover accidents occurring.
