This method for manufacturing a pouch container comprises: a step of fusing an inside resin layer at the end of a first film 11 and inside resin layers at the ends of one or a plurality of second films 12 and 13 together to form a pouch bag with one end thereof open; a step of molding a resinous mouth member 20 provided with a flange part and a rising part; a step of attaching a lower surface of the resinous flange part of the mouth member 20 to an outside resin layer of the first film 11 of the pouch bag so as to be integrated with a resin by any welding using ultrasonic waves, heat, or a high frequency; a step of filling a content from the open end of the pouch bag; and a step of fusing the one end and closing the pouch bag to seal an inside thereof.
