The present invention relates to formulations of regenerative personal care products prepared with the extract of Sea buckthorn encapsulated using liposomal technology, and production method thereof. Microfluidizer system is used to encapsulate the Sea buckthorn oil with phospholipid. The formulation also comprises unsaturated fatty acids such as palmitooleic acid (omega-7) and γ- linolenic acid (omega-6) for regeneration and repair of the skin.
