Method of Treatment of Negative Symptoms of Schizophrenia Using Deuterated Dextromethorphan and Quinidine

The present disclosure relates to methods of treating the negative symptoms of schizophrenia. The method comprises administering to a patient with schizophrenia deuterated [d6]-dextromethorphan hydrobromide in combination with quinidine sulfate. Compositions useful for treating the negative symptoms of schizophrenia are also disclosed.
