A method for producing a granular asphalt concrete mixture, including granulation of the material by rolling at a temperature of 130 to 150°C by a mineral powder with a binder constituting a mixture of paving bitumen with 15 to 20 wt.% of the binder, polyethylene terephthalate, introduced into the bitumen at the melting point of plastic, wherein the asphalt binding substance consisting of a mineral powder and a binder is applied to mineral particles with a diameter of 5 to 10 mm, the content of the asphalt binding substance in the granules is 3 to 45 wt.% of the mixture, and the mixture can be laid into the roadway at a temperature of 80 to 100°C.;EFFECT: improvement in the physical and mechanical properties with a lower production cost, eliminated formation of hazardous emissions when laying the roadway, and possibility of large-scale disposal of industrial and household waste.;1 cl, 3 tbl
