Seismic isolation support stand using plug material for seismic isolation support, friction plug and its manufacturing method

Provided is a plug material for a seismic isolation support base containing 150 to 300 parts of steel grit, 50 to 150 parts of zirconia particles and 50 to 100 parts of rubber particles by weight. Further provided is a seismic isolation support table provided with the plug material and a method for manufacturing the seismic isolation support table. The seismic isolation support plug material and the seismic isolation support stand can consume the seismic energy by utilizing the energy dissipation mechanism associated with the drying friction, have high attenuation, and are excellent in seismic isolation performance.
