Disclosed are a rotary X-ray collimator that can be installed in a narrow space and easily driven, and an X-ray imaging apparatus including the same. A rotary X-ray collimator according to the present invention includes: a shielding surface rotating body in which a plurality of shielding surfaces each having a transmission window formed in advance to partially transmit an X-ray beam emitted from an X-ray generator form a polyhedron; and a rotation driving unit configured to rotate the shielding surface rotating body so that a selected shielding surface from among the plurality of shielding surfaces is disposed in the propagation path of the X-ray beam. An X-ray imaging apparatus according to the present invention includes a rotational X-ray collimator for adjusting an irradiation range of an X-ray beam by partially transmitting an X-ray beam emitted from the X-ray generator together with an X-ray generator.
