The dry ice blasting method according to the present invention includes a pellet input step of putting dry ice pellets in which dry ice is pulverized into a hopper; a mixing step of adding a heat shielding agent containing at least one of wollastonite and an acrylic resin to the hopper and then mixing with the pellets; Compressed air injection step of mixing the compressed air in the hopper to prepare a propellant; and a spraying step of spraying the propellant on the target surface. In the dry ice blasting method of the present invention, a heat shield containing at least one of wollastonite and an acrylic resin is mixed with dry ice pellets and sprayed with compressed air, so that the heat shield can absorb moisture, heat insulation, and heat shielding functions. It has an effect of preventing the injection nozzle or supply pipe provided in the blasting device from being clogged by condensation of moisture in the air.
